You’ve tried at least one antidepressant medication that didn’t work or that caused side effects you couldn’t tolerate. This is a TRICARE requirement for TMS coverage.

You have TRICARE insurance
You’re covered under TRICARE Prime, Select, Reserve Select, or another TRICARE plan administered by TriWest Healthcare Alliance – TRICARE West Region.
